What is Agent Hub?
AgentHub is the dashboard built for how agents actually work. It pulls your ISN inspection reports in automatically, surfaces AI-powered repair estimates, and gives you everything you need to negotiate smarter and keep clients close — before closing and long after. No more piecing things together from five different places.

Why should I use AgentHub?
Because the average agent spends over three hours researching repair costs after a single inspection — and that time adds up fast. AgentHub hands you priority-ranked findings and repair cost ranges the moment an inspection wraps, so you walk into every negotiation prepared. Your clients get a cleaner experience, and you get your time back.

How does AgentHub work?
When an ISN inspection completes, AgentHub automatically builds a Smart Findings Summary for that property. You'll get a link straight to your dashboard where you can review findings, build a Request List, and share a branded client page — all without chasing down a PDF or manually formatting a repair document.

Smart Findings Summary
Inspection found minor roof wear, two leaking faucets, outdated GFCI outlets, and moderate HVAC efficiency issues needing service. Recommended: Consider booking a follow-up termite inspection

What is the Smart Findings Summary?
It's your inspection report, translated into something actually actionable. AgentHub's AI reads the report and categorizes every finding into High, Medium, or Low priority, with repair cost ranges attached. You choose what goes to your client — nothing gets shared without your sign-off, so you stay in control of the narrative.

What is a Request List?
A Request List is a clean, shareable negotiation document — built automatically from the findings you select. It itemizes repairs, credits, and notes in a format you can send to your client, print, or download as a PDF. What used to take an hour of copy-pasting takes a few clicks.
Request List
This customized request list shows repairs and credit requests based on the deficiencies identified in the inspection report.

What is a client page?
A client page is a branded landing page — yours, with your business details — that you create for each buyer. It shows their inspection summary, repair items, and links to moving resources, giving clients a single place to stay oriented throughout the transaction and beyond. It's one of the easiest ways to stay top-of-mind after the deal closes.

Can I see all my inspection reports in AgentHub?
Currently, AgentHub pulls reports directly from ISN — so if your inspectors use ISN, your reports are already there when you log in. Reports from non-ISN inspectors can be added manually, though they don't come through the automated flow.
